Do you provide International delivery?

 

We provide Free Shipping within Cyprus. However if a customer requests worldwide delivery additional charges will apply and will vary according to the destination. Please contact us for a price and further details. 

 

How do I return an item?

Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us. First re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. Then return the package by using the same shipping company as the one delivered the item to you. Please do not post the package without obtaining a certificate of posting. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

What is your returns policy?

If you need to return something, make sure all the tags are on, and the item is exactly as you received it. You need to get it back to us within 14 days from the date on your dispatch note. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry and swimwear are non-refundable,

How can I pay for my order?

For the time being we follow the  payment upon delivery method. You can pay for your items when you will  receive them in cash.

We prefer to use the "Travel express" couriers for shipping the item(s) to you with a next day delivery for our customers in Cyprus. If you prefer to use a different type of courier you can always contact us to arrange it.
